Production discipline behind our products
Trevam products are built under controlled conditions — scoped, versioned, sourced, and reviewed before release. This page explains what that means for buyers.
Every product has a stated scope boundary
We define what each product covers and what it does not — before you buy. The EU AI Act Compliance Starter Kit, for example, covers documentation support for Limited and Minimal Risk AI systems. It explicitly excludes High-Risk conformity assessment, systemic-risk GPAI obligations, consulting, and legal advice.
These boundaries are not fine print. They appear on the product page, in the purchase terms, and inside the product materials themselves.
Claims are sourced, not asserted
Every regulatory reference in our products traces back to a documented public source — regulatory texts, official guidance, or institutional publications. The product includes a sources register so you can verify what we cite.
We do not paraphrase regulation loosely or make unsourced claims about legal requirements. Where interpretation is involved, the product marks it as such.
Products are versioned and maintained
Each release carries a version number and a change log. When we correct, clarify, or refine materials, those changes are tracked. Minor updates are delivered for 90 days from purchase. Major structural or legislative changes may be released as new product versions.
You always know what version you have and what changed since the last one.
Artifacts are named and inventoried
The Starter Kit ships 27 structured artifacts. Every artifact is listed by name, format, and intended use — on the product page and inside the product. Nothing is vague or unnamed. You can evaluate the full inventory before purchase.
Materials are reviewed before release
Before any product ships, it goes through structured review: cross-referencing between artifacts, alignment of scope claims across the website and the product, and verification that governed facts — price, version, dates, artifact count — are consistent everywhere they appear.
This is editorial and production discipline applied to documentation, not a compliance certification or legal audit.
Honest limits
Our products do not guarantee regulatory compliance. They do not constitute legal advice. They do not replace qualified professional review for your specific system and context.
We state this clearly — not as a formality, but because the regulatory environment requires honesty about what any documentation product can and cannot do.
