Accessibility Statement

Best-effort accessibility approach for trevam.com and downloadable documentation products.

1. Our approach

Trevam aims to make trevam.com usable by as many people as reasonably possible. We reference WCAG 2.2 Level AA as an informative accessibility target, but this statement is not a legal guarantee or a certification claim.

2. What we have implemented

  • Semantic HTML structure where practical
  • Keyboard-accessible links and navigation
  • Skip links to bypass repeated navigation
  • Visible focus indicators
  • Responsive layout for common screen sizes
  • Descriptive alt text for meaningful images
  • Decorative images marked or treated so they do not create unnecessary noise
  • No automatic audio or video playback
  • Cookieless analytics only where enabled

3. Known limitations

  • Gumroad checkout and download pages are third-party services outside Trevam's direct control.
  • Some visual product mockups are illustrative and may not expose all visual details to screen readers; equivalent product facts are provided in surrounding text where practical.
  • Downloadable product files may vary in accessibility depending on format and reader/editor used. The kit includes HTML/PDF reference material plus DOCX/XLSX templates. They are designed for practical use and copying, but are not certified accessible documents.
  • Older browser/device combinations may render visual layouts differently.

4. Product files and editable templates

The EU AI Act Compliance Starter Kit includes HTML/PDF reference material and editable DOCX/XLSX templates. Trevam aims to keep text selectable, tables structured, and files usable in common readers/editors where practical. If a buyer encounters an accessibility barrier in a purchased file, they can contact hello@trevam.com with the order ID and the affected file.

  • assistive technology used, if applicable

6. Scope

This statement applies to trevam.com and Trevam-created downloadable product files. It does not apply to third-party services, including Gumroad checkout, payment processing, or email clients.

Trevam reviews the site periodically and may update this statement as the website or product files change.
